MrJeff2000 Explains It All It’s a mad, mad, mad, mad, um what was I talking about again?

If you believe Donald Trump is going to be a good President, this isn't the podcast for you to listen to.

Donald Trump is a venal, awful person, a lousy failed businessman, and a disgusting human being.

In this episode, I outline some of the more recent, egregious incidents of late from his planned administration.

Thirty-two years ago last month, I attended my first professional wrestling card at the NJ Meadowlands with a few friends.

Last month, I took my two sons to a pro wrestling card at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

In the intervening years, a lot has happened in the business. And I've been watching, as a minor obsession.

The MTA announced a bunch of new projects that will revolutionize transportation around New York City and its surrounding boroughs.

More than $27 billion (with a B) for new subway cars, a refurbished LaGuardia Airport, a system to replace MetroCards, and a streetcar system to connect Brookly and Queens residents are being discussed.

And I am surprisingly fine with all of it.

Don't call them by the buzzword-friendly "alt-right."

They are the second coming of the American Nazi party, and they are emboldened by the Republican victories. Since the GOP leadership refuses to repudiate their existence and verbiage, they are coming for their enemies – when indeed they are the enemies of Democracy.

I'm woozy from Thanksgiving, so here's an old episode for your listening pleasure:

A transit advocacy group recently asked New York's Metropolitan Transit Authority why certain rail entrances have been closed for decades. An official could not provide comprehensive information, saying for some of the entrances, "That's just the way it's always been." As in, if something was broken when I got here, it's not my responsibility to fix it.

The MTA is an easy target because it's an inefficient bureaucracy. But that's also why it needs to be constantly criticized – it services such a large number of people and so few people speak out and draw attention to its shortcomings.

I've culled a number of recent stories to pull together this particular episode.

President-Elect Donald Trump is not having an easy time.

Well, who knows what he expected. But it's no cakewalk.

And the band of family and sycophants that have been surrounding him are in-fighting like cats and dogs, desperately scratching to profit and remain in the mix.

Who loses? That's obvious – the American citizen, who voted for him or for any candidate. As well as the 48 percent of the American public that chose NOT to vote this year.

Yes, I know there was an election this week.

In the meantime, let's talk about illegally rented AirBnB apartments and a woman with a crazy number of driver's license suspensions.

So the verdict came in shortly after my last true crime podcast and the defendant was found....well, real guilty.

Also, some talk about the environment and why it's worth five cents per one-use bag to help clean up the planet.
