MrJeff2000 Explains It All It’s a mad, mad, mad, mad, um what was I talking about again?

I've seen numerous fireworks displays in my lifetime.

But it wasn't until this past week that my children actually witnessed their first live display.

Quite a few memories in those experiences.


The third part of my injured knee saga, this time with MRI.


Well I had another kind of episode in mind, but my continuing knee situation became the over-riding concern this week.


Saw an orthopedist this week and got a whole lot of information as well as tasks.

Going to be a long, early summer.


My quirky left knee is acting up again.


Uber has been working to prevent tipping from becoming an option on their app.

Workers are protesting and so is the taxi commission.

I also have two stories about stupid criminals, my favorite kind.


My landlady's slop sink was clogged this afternoon.

Since I act as tenant and super for the building, that meant spending an hour emptying buckets of water into the drain outside.

And it also gave me time to think about MY home improvement skills.


It's cold and flu season, which means a lot of hacking and coughing.

It also means a lot of snow, which translated into plowing and traffic issues.

Which meant an official letter of complaint had to be written about the inefficiency of the plowing.

Which brings me back to a situation with people not curbing their dogs in our neighborhood.

There have been a number of people posting online about their pets recently.

I would post about mine - but they're very far in the past.

And none of them was particularly memorable.
